LoneStar Crappie Trail
We’re a fishing club for anglers located in North Texas. Stay local with the first fishing tournament trail where all tournament lakes are within 75 miles of the DFW Airport!
How It Works
- You must have a membership to register for any LoneStar Crappie Trail tournaments.
- A yearly membership fee is $50 and comes with a LoneStar Crappie Trail hat (will be distributed in person at first two tournaments).
- Cash-only registration fees are $350 per team and are due at Rules Meeting or can be purchased online prior.
- $200 tournament fee
- $100 Big Fish fee
- $50 admin fee
- To be eligible to register for a championship tournament you have to have fished 3 out of the 5 previous tournaments.
Payouts:
Based on 20 entries
- 1st Place: $2,000
- 2nd Place: $1,000
- 3rd Place: $650
- 4th Place: $350
- Big Fish: $2,000

Lake Grapevine
This one-day event, hosted in the beautiful city of Grapevine, Texas offers competitors the chance to fish for payouts for Big Fish and total 7 (see payout example above) and a qualifying spot in the LoneStar Crappie Trail Championship on May 11.
This event is open to anglers who are members of the LoneStar Crappie Trail.

Our goal is to create a local crappie tournament trail that supports competitive crappie fishing for the everyday angler to the seasoned pro, where all have a chance to compete and spend time doing what they love.
